Refund policy

Your satisfaction is always our first priority. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will make every effort remedy this.

You may return merchandise within 90 days of the shipment date for an exchange or refund the provided merchandise is in its original condition (e.g., shoes must not be soiled or damaged in any way - to avoid this, we recommend your trying on your new shoes while standing on a clean towel or carpet).

Merchandise kept for more than 90 days is not acceptable for a refund. Merchandise that shows signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted and the customer will bear the cost of return shipping and handling.

Abiding by health regulations, we can only accept returns on accessory merchandise (bras, socks, etc.) with all original tags attached, not worn/not used, altered or damaged in any way - the customer will bear the cost of return shipping and handling for returned products not meeting these requirements.

Please note that unless we made an error in shipping merchandise other than that which was ordered, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping and handling.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the product with a copy of your order, contact information and specific details about exchange required.

There's a $9.99 shipping and handling fee for all domestic exchanges.

REFUNDS (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@corrsirishshoes.com.

CLEARANCE SALES (if applicable)
All clearance sales are considered FINAL (i.e., sale and clearance sale items may be returned, provided merchandise is in its original condition, for size exchange or, if no size exchange is available, for store credit only; NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE RETURN OF CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS).

WHERE TO SEND RETURNS
Using a shipping envelope, box, or other appropriate or original packing material, please wrap the merchandise securely and include a copy of your packing slip or receipt and reasons for the return. We recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or insured USPS for return shipments, as we cannot be responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during return shipment.
